PERTINENT DETAILS

It is our deepest intention to create a caring, brave and inclusive container together. As producers, we acknowledge that we're mostly middle-aged white-passing men, and that we're forever learning how best to show up in service of equity and beauty. We're bringing our best selves, please do the same. Prepare to feel challenged at times, and offer your feedback to others gracefully. We will not tolerate hate, hubris or harm of any kind in this container. We're all in this together, let's act like it!!! 

Last but definitely not least, we want to acknowledge that we're gathering on the un-ceded lands of the Chimacum / Coast Salish peoples, who we honor for their long standing presence and traditions in the area. 

(((PARTICIPANTS HAVE TO STAY ONSITE FOR THE ENTIRETY OF THE EVENT)))  ***Our official programming will start at 7:30pm on Thursday evening and end at 3pm on Sunday*** Arrive anytime after Noon on Thursday. We'll have a potluck at 6pm, then evening programming from 7:30-10pm… On Sunday, spouses and family members are welcome to join us from 4pm-on for a potluck and closing ritual. All participants are expected to leave by 10am on Monday morning, unless staying on to help clean up. (Please do!) 

A mostly-organic breakfast will be provided each morning from 8-9:30. (There'll also be a free tea station, along with a full espresso bar by donation!) A mostly-organic dinner will be provided each evening. For lunch, some variation on rice & beans will be provided but you're encouraged to supplement this yourself. Everything will be gluten free, and there will be vegetarian options available. Please inform us of any other allergens or dietary restrictions in the registration form. Please bring lunch food to share, and snacks/drinks as you prefer. There is plenty of potable water onsite.

To ensure the privacy of community members, directions to the ecovillage will be given out a couple weeks before the event. To estimate travel times, please know for now that it's located within 3 miles of Chimacum, WA. PLEASE CARPOOL! Parking at the venue is very limited. Please park where requested upon arrival, and leave your car there the whole weekend. No driving in and out please.

There will only be tent camping available throughout the weekend. Car camping by special permission only. Please come prepared....  There is potable water in the communal kitchen, but sometimes it's a little far away from things. Please bring a decent water bottle.

There are ample composting toilets onsite. Please follow the instructions posted within. Several rustic showers can be found throughout the venue. Please refer to the map to find them, and make sure to bring your own towel etc. 

By purchasing a ticket to MANiFEST, you agree to be photographed and video recorded. We'll never publish compromising media of anybody. If the content feels vulnerable, we'll always ask you before it's published.   If you don't like how you're portrayed in a particular piece of published media, we'll be happy to remove it.

There are several construction zones at the venue, please be radically careful onsite, and warn your family if they are coming on Sunday. There are NO personal fires allowed at the venue. Safety waivers will be given upon entry to the venue.

We are maintaining a no alcohol policy at the gathering. We'd also prefer that there be no substances that distract you from connection or evolution. 

There will be no pets allowed at the gathering. There is a dog, cat, and chickens onsite already. 

There is no wifi at the venue, but cell service is pretty good, and there's plenty of electric. If you need a hotspot it shouldn't be a problem.

There will only be refunds issued to those with outstanding situations, and only if it's at least one month out from the gathering. If you're not able to participate, please find someone to purchase your ticket from you, and let us know their name. If we've sold out of tickets and have a wait list, we'll happily try to connect you with a new ticket purchaser.
