WHO ARE WE?

Finn & Ben go wayyy back. We've lived together. We've supported each other as new family members were born. We've held each other as beloved family members died. We've stood by one another through thick and thin... This gathering wouldn't be what it is without this friendship. And we heartily invite you into it as well. 

Rather than transactional correspondence, we prefer organic relationship building over time. So come join us. Let us walk together for a bit and get to know one another. Before long we'll likely share some depth, and you too will become part of the MANiFEST family.

Men often come into these circles drawn by the ideas of particular presenters, by a yearning to shift certain behavioral patterns, by a desire to be part of something "cool," or even just for fun! While some of these itches may be scratched during our time together, the overwhelming consensus is that this is actually about community.

We enter our container guided by a simple desire to calm our nervous systems, show our soft underbelly, be safely held in our vulnerabilities, and trust one another with seeing the truth of who we really are at our core. From this deep knowing comes strength.

MANiFEST workshop hosts are curated from across a wide spectrum of backgrounds and modalities. Most all of them have been professionally guiding others in this work for a long time, but more importantly they've been living it in their daily lives for many years. 

Come expecting to be well-held by these men: Intellectually, emotionally, communally and otherwise. We're diving into some deep territory together, and trust is needed in order to do so. We vouch for the aptitude and awareness of each presenter, and trust you will too.

The MANiFEST Core Team takes very seriously the feel and the cadence of our time together. We recognize the utter importance of  who has the "mic," why they are guiding, how they are showing up and what they are bringing. It's no small task to facilitate this kind of work. 

For this reason, you can come expecting to be:  Asked deep questions, attentively listened to, holistically mirrored, collectively challenged, bravely protected, and wholeheartedly celebrated. Facilitation is necessary, but if we're doing our job well, the group will guide itself.
